admins mods and such

The supermods were "appointed" because they were the people that brought up the idea of this site. If there are objections to any of them having such positions, they sure weren't obvious in either of the 2 threads that the idea spanned. We said there would be votes taking place for the rest of the moderators, and I apologize for the sudden move in bumping Justin up one rung higher on the ladder, but I think we all know how a vote for Justintime would go, and I also think we all know how a vote for you would go, OSLI

However, I agree with your point about sticking to the commitment for voting moderators in.
