Something is wrong with this story. Snakes aren't murderers. One child might have been
suffocated, but two? The snake would eat its victim, not look for another.

i know nothing about snake behavior - outside of metaphor - but perhaps he viewed the kiddies as more 'snack-sized' than 'full meal deal?'
