Whats the difference to a raging hormonal 14 year old? So long as the flesh is pliable and tasty I really doubt any 14-85 year old male would give it much attention anyway.

That's why we have laws protecting them from this sort of person. ;) Can't have it both ways, unc. What would you be saying if it was an adult male raping the 14 year-old girl? Same question to you, TD. No joking...we'd all be saying how the guy should be drawn and quartered.

even a fourteen year old girl has hormones and if the guy was good looking... :shrug:

But to me whether the child wants it or not isn't the issue.. the LAW states that a person must be 16 before sex can lawfully take place... what a 14 year old may think they are "okay" with and what may actually cause them physicl and emotional harm are often at odds... THAT is what the laws are for... for the protection of children often from their own misguided actions!
 
yes Claire all teens have hormones. It is whether some asswipe decides to use it to their advantage like in cases like this that makes it wrong.

Outright rape is reprehensible no matter the circumstance ... but if its consentual and just a matter of age of consent ... different ballgame. Most places it would be 16 as a minimum. Some places would be less. Some countries probably even allow it at 12 ... while most of our Muslim-esque nations would probably be illegal regardless of age.

Thats my point... if its to do with age of consent the "adult" should face consequences for breaking the law and IMO stealing innocence... regardless of whether the CHILD enjoyed it/wanted it/needed it etc etc...

I wouldnt. Id say to an adult that if consentual sex is worth any possible risk then go for it. But be prepared to pay the price if things dont work out and it blows up in your face in a legal way. Because age of consent IS necessary in an imperfect world where we must draw arbitrary lines to limit the potential for risk. 55 mph anybody?

Now if coercian is involved in obtaining sex no matter WHAT the age... then I find that abhorent. But if two people want to have sex with each other really and truly then I for one am not going to tell them no you are not allowed. And if god forbid an adult and a minor are in love with each other and have sex (not in this case as far as I can tell) then I celebrate it.

well 65 then. unless you live in Montana where yer allowed to go as fast as a cruise missle because chances are youll only kill yourself on those long empty roads when you ultimately crash.
