Anthrax = US gvmt media to distract people of what they REALLY should concern about or perhaps to recover the support on their war on terrorism.

Veterinarians have been dealing with anthrax for YEARS, is not such a big deal.

Like Luis G said, i believe Anthrax, SARS and to some extent WOT are just distractions to prevent the general public from getting pissed at the things that really matter.

No, I was well aware of your point, I just chose to focus on the particulars, which do matter. That's why I've been pissing & moaning about the NY Times, the BBC, the LA Times, CNN. blah blah blah. They report only distracting information on Iraq & completely ignore what has been accomplished.
