The only amusement park left (and not mentioned) is La Ronde, which is on its own man-made isleand half-way between the island of montreal and the south shore. The rest are now green-spots. Trees, shrubs, grass and back benches.

None closer than 2+ hours from me. However, they left one off the list --- the old Playland Park in Houston. Loved that old wooden coaster. There was also a dirt track there --- AJ Foyt cut his racing teeth there.

You could also add Six Flags Astroworld to the list -- it is closed --- land is being sold.
