Arab leaders back Saddam

It doesn't make it OK or not OK, Hex...that's my point. Would I feel he contributes something less than the next guy? Nope...I;d say he contributes, and is possibly MORE valuable, than the next guy....

But that's just me. Would he "fail" without the rest of the world to prop him up? Yup..you bet he would, and it'd be because physically he couldn't hack it....

....we sort of beat evolution...or DO we? Some species are going on millions of years now....we're barely beyond the form of zygote , relatively...and it looks like we're all gonna blow each other up, over a GOD that no one's ever seen before, no less...before we actually become enlightened...

....and you submit we are "civilized"?

....but back to "racism". It's just such an easy term to throw around. Young black male hip hop culture is asinine and pathetic..OOOPS! Racism! White culture is nothing more than rich white men playing golf...OOOPS! Racism!

".....we'll just let these young people of color in even though their test scores and grades are 30% worse than the next worst white applicant...."...OOOPS! RAC....er...NOT RACISM!!!

hahahahahahaha..........oh the folly of it all.

We as a people haven't the general intellect to effect pure "racism". Someday, maybe....but for now it's just a strange combination of survival of the fittest and a tendency to generalize at inappropriate moments..

....most terms that end in "ism" today are overused, badly exploited, and poorly defined....

In the end I do not have to like you..and I can not like you(not YOU...but you get the idea) for whatever reason I feel like, and it doesn't necessarily make me a sheep unless I simply followed blindly the lead of another who demanded that I not like you

...beyond that I just don't like you...and that's pretty much neutral as we speak of sheepism (see? badly exploited).

Being "civilized" has very little to do with it. What many people think of as racism built what we now regard as "civilization"....

Take note that when i use words such as 'civilized' or 'normal' that i add the '*' to bring reference to the fact that these words don't necessarily accurateley describe what they represent. In this i use the word 'civilized' to note a humanitarian aspect of human consciousness that many would argue didn't exist until sometime within the last century(s). The idea that all peoples are of equal value despite their shortcomings. I understand your dilemma with the word racism but that doesn't mean that it doesn't still exist in its purest form. Only that the lines of what is and is not racism have been blurred by political correctness and social status haters(social status racism).
