atlantic commentary on palin

Think back. Back to when you were in short pants. Back to when bedtime was 8pm, and Mommy and Daddy tucked you in at night. Back to when you learned to ride a bike, say please and thankyou, and look both ways before you crossed the street.

Back to 1st grade, when you learned what the duties of the VP actually are.

It's a lame argument, and it's not going to win the election for the dems.

Did you know Obama's stuck with ol' Uncle Joe? Hillary's planning for 2012.

if we don't expect our leaders to be able to understand and deploy policies in smart and nuanced ways in weird and complex situations, then you're right. no problem. as it stands now, she either hasn't bothered to figure this shit out (not a good sign) or isn't capable of doing so (not a very good sign either). this isn't the right place for sarah's learning rainbow. this is serious shit.

She's a no-bullshit kinda gal...I like that in a leader.

... so she doesn't have to parlay her answers in a concise manner.

well gee, let's hope that when she's staring at putin instead of katie, she is sophisticated and concise. guess we'll have to wait for that to happen to find out.
