Death Valley is in California. It's between the Sierra Nevada range and the Nevada state line.

Flagstaff is at over 7,000 feet. I know most of the state isn't that high, but a lot of the state is mountainous. A surprising amount of it gets snow, too.

There's a mountain in Equador that has snow year round.

I wouldn't doubt it considering that the whole country is like 1500 meters elevation at the low spots and soars up to some pretty sick heights.
