For the record, most of the JJR512.com AUP was pretty much lifted from the HWC/internet.com AUP, with appropriate name changes and other minor alterations.
Whether it will or won't stand up in court, I have no idea, but since real lawyers wrote it for internet.com, I assume there must be some strength behind it.
Frankly, all I really care about protecting is stuff that is original JJR512.com content, such as any reviews or articles that we may post...if we ever actually have any, that is.
I'm not interested in asserting ownership over whatever anyone might say in their own words in a message posted to the message board. (Although nothing in this post shall be construed as a statement negating the JJR512.com AUP in any way.)[/siz]
