at least with the kids it's understandable...they don't really know why the hell you are jabbing them....adults need to suck it up...that being said i am a total chicken when it comes to getting my blood drawn...but i just cover my eyes with my other hand until it's over.
 
Shit, I'd like to see that lady be stuck with a 14g needle to give a pint of blood. That's a big needle, but not even the biggest.
