BBQ-Who wants a thigh

Yeah.. but if you look in the pic... snooooow. It has to be a cold climate for it to be normal issue gear. That stuff either doesn't exist, or is darn rare where I am. I think I can get cheap acrylic ones at the sporting goods store with the various logos on them. They're pretty much for show, not for warmth. I need to get my claws on a nice soft wool one.
 
But you do get the odd bout of bone chilling wet cold with hardly any daylight, no? We do... but its rather spread out... and it might just not be fashionable. :shrug: Who can say...

The logo isn't required, Gato. It's kind of like wearing a baseball cap in the states. They don't all have logos, but the unlogoed ones are pretty rare.

Hey Les, do various companies give toques away?
 
not give...sell :D Not like ball caps.

but yep, the clothing lines do, most of 'em have a line of toques, notably Roots :canada:
 
you been hanging out with tehm cannucks too long mate ;)

did a wife-test - she declared all hats shown to be beenies, without any prompting.
