PT, I've done that about 65 times, with 3 different email accounts, including a xibase mail, which has the same issue :eh:

maybe I should just be grateful noone can read my mail and if it's not broke leave it alone :eh:

the why is really bugging me though :errrr:
 
One last suggestion, and then I'm stumped. Go to Control Panel/Add remove Programs, and click Internet explorer. There should be an option to repair your IE installation. Try that.

If it's still doing it after, I'm lost.
 
Leslie, did you happen to accidentally check 'Don't ask this again' when it asks you to remember passwords?
 
:D nevermind, it seems that owner account was fubared, i moved all her settings/documents over to a new account and outlook works fine there :headbang:
