There's one thing that has always bugged me, and that's people getting all worried that Paris is next on "the list". France is not an enemy of Islam, in fact just the opposite.

Out of interest, rue des Uzès is just over a kilometre from where I live. Didn't hear a thing though, I was in the Jardin du Forum des Halles at the time.. :shrug:

Neither is America. That doesn't help when murderers wanna blow something up.
 
Lemme rephrase. The Arab world likes France. France likes the Arab world. Islam extremists might be murderers but they know what their purpose is.
 
France is well on it's way to becoming an Arab state. They damned well better like them. I'd be willig to bet there's an attack in some EU country before there's another here. Since they go for guts & glory, that fairly well leaves out Luxembourgh.
 
i think the uk is the most likely target in europe. i did hear somehting about bin laden mentioning norway once but i can't imagine why he'd go there.
 
what were you trying to show? i can make a high res screenshot of the route 66 planner outcome tomorrow....zoom in as far as 10 m or so :D
 
Actually, on re-reading your post, that's what I was hoping for in a photo.. what I was showing in the map was where I was (blue dot), where I live (red dot), and the site of the explosion (purple circle, top left-hand corner.. the map only covers Chatelet north to Grands Boulevards and Boulevard Sébastopol west to a bit short of Opera..
 
ah ok...i was referring to a more detailed print of a route planner...but that's not very interesting :D

sorry, don't have any pictures of that part :(
