regular school doesn't start for a few weeks and I'm lacking a babysitter today ... soooo, the kids are at work with me. Do you know how hard it is to keep an energetic, 4-you autistic kid in an office *:crying6:

I've not been so lucky to have to bring my kids to work...though I've had to deal with other people's kids at work.

Summer day camp may be an option if I trusted that they would watch my son. He needs one-on-one 'cause he's so fast at running away that I don't trust him with just anyone! :O
 
I'm assuming that he's not hypoactive, then. They don't have specialized camps/centers for autistic kids or kids with other 'learning disabilities' where you are?
 
Nope, just ESY (extended school year) ... which is over so now I'm waiting for school to start again.
