pepsi, in a pinch water...water is water, distilled, purified, tap, bottled, whatever water is water

I like my one cup of Ravens Brew coffee every morning and that's it. I didn't start drinking coffee until a few years ago and pop is disgusting as far as i'm concerned. Lots of juice and water.

Distilled water tastes better though. Purified water still has stuff in there, but I drink pure H2O.

The tap water where i live is the best water i've ever tasted by far. Really! It's that good. Of course, this is a rain forrest.

pure H2O is bad for your health, you need the minerals in the "water"

It is bad, yes. Distilled, de-ionized water (like Milli-Q for example) will actually leach substances from your body into your digestive tract across concentration gradients.

Edit - wow, that sounds really stupid, lol

Umm, there's not an all of the above. I'll drink any of that, anytime.

Oh piss, well, OK then, no all of the above, Minus, I don't like caffiene.

Hello, sir. Have you recently read any body chemistry books? Thats what them water companies WANT you to believe. Here is the run down.

Minerals can't be used by the body if it isn't organically compounded/bonded with carbon. Period. Eat iron filings and see if you get your iron supplement. Go chew on some sandstone and see if you get your calcium. You don't. Minerals in food are usually bonded with carbon which makes it organic. That means, your body can use it.

The stuff in water is natural minerals. Its inorganic. NO carbon. Your body CAN'T use it. It just clogs up the system. And your body has to get rid of it somehow. What is the best way to get rid of inorganic minerals you get in your diet? Distilled water. Distilled water leeches and sucks your body dry of INORGANIC minerals. Organic stuff gets absorbed with water, inorganic stuff sticks to the water and is excreted.

So, when you eat normally and drink distilled water, it seeps the inorganic trash and gets excreted. If you drink "mineral" water, you bring more poisons into your body.

For a test, drink nothing but distilled water for 2 weeks. I did, and it does work wonders.

For more information, read some health books. For one, Fit For Life by Dr. Diamond is an interesting read. :D

I drink close to half a gallon of distilled water a day, more on hot days, and I am healthy as can be. It can't be that bad for me. :)

Healthy? Shit boy, you don't do anything but play on the computer & have 2 or 3 classes a week. You'll be pushing up daisies long before I. :D

I bet I can outrun you. I am probably not stronger than you, but running is one thing I can do. :p

that is my only absolute weakness, at 12, 25 or 39, I hate running & dislike the feeling afterwards.

DuronClocker could outrun you and he is an uber-geek. :nerd:

I know this, because when he doesn't talk about computers he talks about winning races. That's about it really... ask Justin. :D
