If one is not expressly a valid suspect, then we are not nor should we be required to carry, or show, "our papers". Where is this supposed right to privacy? Out for an evening stroll & a cop pulls up & asks for ID. He isn't looking for anyone in particular, just checking. That's called harassment.
Privacy. That's how we are losing our rights, one piece at a time. Because people don't question authority.
