Canada's top court has unanimously dismissed the case of a man suing a company for psychological damages he says he suffered after finding dead flies in his water bottle.

Considering he hadn't even drank from the bottle let alone opened it.

Could have imagined car companies being sued because some ahole seeing roadkill and being emotionally harmed
