cars/trucks > licensed drivers

I've had more since my son moved out. 4Runner (wife's), TransAm (my daily driver), 55.

when i owned the mustang, i had 2 cars. the 'stang was useless in the snow. since i've gotten the subaru, i'm back down to 1 car. we do have an extra minivan sitting around taking up space. another of Diana's relatives is supposed to be coming over. saving the van for them.

well i have one car for me, one for my mum, and one for my dad. my brother doesn't have one as he doesn't drive

Hmmm. I thought I was the only one. I've the pickup, the minivan, 2 sub compacts, 1 motorbike, and the scooter. Start adding in the boats, and it goes from bad to worse.

All except the minivan and the scooter, I'm the only one who can drive them.

My son and I each have a vehicle. I have the Solara and he has a Ford Exploder. I think I still have two more out back but I'll have to mow the 'lawn' back there to make sure....:retard:

I'm the opposite right now--my wife and I are both licensed, but we only have one car, a 2000 Dodge Neon. We were a two-car family for a couple weeks, but Brandi's little $510 camping trip meant we had to sell the '81 Honda to pay the rent.

My parents are two licensed drivers with five cars. A 1999 Taurus, a 1994 Ranger, 1962 and 1969 Fairlanes, and a 1967 Ranchero.

2 people one car here. most of those who live in our wretched suburbia have at least 2 cars, mainly because its a commuter town with nothing but housing so to do anything simple like get a pint of milk requires a 5min drive. bastard planners.

Well in my case, it's a cascade effect.

Before we got married, I bought the missus the scooter because she was afraid to drive a car, having ditched her father's. The minivan was bought to provide family transport. But it's too heavy on gas for my day to day work driving, so I bought the first sub compact. Then I needed a vehicle to provide heavy hauling and didn't wanna mark up the inside of the minivan, so I bought the pickup. Then my father passed on, leaving me his car and motorbike.

Well, the missus still likes the minivan, I still need my sub compact, there's still heavy hauling to do, and I can't bring myself to sell Dad's car. The scooter I'm hanging on to until V2.0 can use it, and Dad's bike is a '71 Honda CB100. I not likely to sell that.
