How does it know what it knows? It said I needed to defrag so I did, now it says my video card is running hot....Since tehere is no sensor of video card heat (at least that I know of) I assume it just guesses that when it can't find something else. But still I did indeed need to defrag...How does that thing know it?

Edited to say: HA! it's all guesswork because I defragged cuz it told me to (and I actually needed to) and just now it says I need to defrag
