chicken question! halp plz!

how many medium-sized chicken breasts would you think i'd have to cook to make 5 cups of cubed, cooked chicken?

i have just been informed that what we have are chicken breast halves. i don't know if that makes much a difference.

Go by weight if you can. 5 cups = 40 ounces = 2 1/2 pounds. Unless you're using one of Prof's Dolly Parton chickens, then you have to adjust for the atomic weight of saline divided by the 18th exponential derivative of pi, rounded down.

But a lot chickens are injected with water so it would be best to add an extra breast to that equation.
