I have to be, its the law, and has been the law since before you and I were born.

...are you aware that that here in Cali, where WE both live they can search you car w/o probable cause if the keys are in it or you just sitting it? in a Vons parking lot? (provided the store is open.) or becuase you don't have your seatbelt on ...And you're OK with it?

Oh and would you prefer grown up insults doody-head?

it's actually much more, and it's scary, but we'll just have to trust the admin
to do the right thing.

IMO it needs to be revised in a major way.

That is another matter. Although, given the local problems & the suspicions, that is still up to the homeowner.
