clear screws

This http://www.clear-viewtech.com/v4.html is my case. I want to put these http://www.coolerguys.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=001&Product_Code=840556012092 fan covers on, but I want to use clear plastic screws, instead of metal ones. Any ideas where I might find them?

I've had that case for 2 years. I just took it apart to RMA the dead HDD and let me tell ya, It was gross. I'm definately replacing the ribbon IDE cables with round ones.....but dust still gets in places you just can't get it out without tearing the whole machine apart.
