what is more amusing is the notion that that kind of thing is anything more than a statistical regularity.

dishonesty, incompetence, and some level of abuse are the obvious adjuncts of government. always have been. going all preacher boy about it is just faggy.
 
Cop Watch is legitimate and they don't provoke cops. This sounds like someone who doesn't like Cop Watch or their tactics and has attempted to smear them. There is no end of videos on youtube that are placed there by Cop Watch and I have yet to see any of them where they attempt to provoke the cops. Usually the cops come over to see what they are about and if there is any provocation it is on the part of the cops trying to stop them from filming them. The Cop Watch folks are always polite but firm in their convictions.

Anyone got any examples of Cop Watch being abusive to the cops?
