das wetter heute

But it's raining here and if i went 100miles North, South, East or West it's snowing.
Go figure.
 
it isn't that cold here, in fact the temp is much warmer than 3-4 weeks ago.

Yeah, the lake, my front yard nearly reached the house.:eek:
The dock was floating pretty high.

I'm just repeating what the meteorologists say. Apparently it's going to be wet and warm, around 8-10C, until the end of next week. I had hoped for some snow but unless we get Siberian winds and it gets really cold again, it doesn't look like we'll get any this winter. This part of the country often misses the worst of the weather. I'm not complaining, the fuel bill for the heating will be less. :)

It's a shame though 'cos I would have liked to have taken some shots of the salt marshes and the fens under ice with the over-wintering birds.
 
LOL! 999.9mb is pretty normal (well, maybe a bit on the high-side). :D

I'll admit, it does look like it's MAXED-OUT and the end of the world is nigh. :eek:
