I'm goin with the law of averages.....guilty. I think they'll dig up more on this guy. If he didn't do it, he hired someone or his gf did it.

I think he was involved too. I won't be defending him, even after I get big hair.

At least I'll get to talk to them again....And this time, they better not walk out before I'm through...

Actually, the majority of cases are tried on circumstantial evidence.

why id rather my facts be straight or starightened out rather than left alone.

Hmm.. I don't know... I mean.. she was due within 2 months to have his baby boy? Surely if he had a hand in this he would have displayed some abnormal behaviour to some degree prior to this?

Was there any sign of "personality irregularities" before this?

Hmm.. also.. when I got pregnant, we discussed getting insurance, as well, in case something happened to me, so I'm not buying that as motive.

I hesitate to think it's him. Although... going fishing on Christmas Eve? What's up with that? ?(

Yeah c'mon guys. Are you gonna be on the jury or somethin'.

If the trial were to get moved a couple of counties down, then I very well might be on the jury... and under California law, college students are not exempt and I'd get paid a whopping $15 a day.

My turn...

All the 'evidence' they turned up was based on hearsay, and one photograph. The insurance policy they talk about was taken out before she was even pregnant. In fact, it was taken out when they bought their house, 2 years prior to her disappearance. As for the fishing trip, he had cancelled time and date parking stubs proving he was where he said he was on Christmas eve. There is no evidence at all pointing to him as his wifes murderer at this point, and anybody who says that they can actually prove his guilt or innocence at this time is blowing smoke up your ass. I, for one, withold judgement until we actually see what the police have.
