E.O. to Immunize INTERPOL In U.S.

Obama has just placed our Constitutional rights under international law.

He exempted an organization operating on American soil from American laws.

This is the action of a despot.

Why Does Interpol Need Immunity from American Law?

On Wednesday, however, for no apparent reason, President Obama issued an executive order removing the Reagan limitations. That is, Interpol's property and assets are no longer subject to search and confiscation, and its archives are now considered inviolable. This international police force (whose U.S. headquarters is in the Justice Department in Washington) will be unrestrained by the U.S. Constitution and American law while it operates in the United States and affects both Americans and American interests outside the United States.

Why would we elevate an international police force above American law? Why would we immunize an international police force from the limitations that constrain the FBI and other American law-enforcement agencies? Why is it suddenly necessary to have, within the Justice Department, a repository for stashing government files which, therefore, will be beyond the ability of Congress, American law-enforcement, the media, and the American people to scrutinize?

Did Obama Place INTERPOL Above U.S. Law?

After learning recently that President Barack Obama had, on Dec. 17, quietly amended Executive Order 12425, I decided to find out what impact, if any, it might have on Americans. At first blind to the potential ramifications of the amendment, I was startled at what I found once the pieces of this disturbing political puzzle started falling in place.

* It grants INTERPOL (International Criminal Police Organization) a new level of full diplomatic immunity afforded to foreign embassies and select other “International Organizations” as set forth in the Act; and

* By removing language from President Reagan’s 1983 Executive Order 12425, this international law enforcement body now operates – now operates – on American soil beyond the reach of our own top law enforcement arm, the FBI, and is immune from Freedom Of Information Act (FOIA) requests.

Executive Order Amended to Immunize INTERPOL In America - Is The ICC Next?

In light of what we know and can observe, it is our logical conclusion that President Obama's Executive Order amending President Ronald Reagans' 1983 EO 12425 and placing INTERPOL above the United States Constitution and beyond the legal reach of our own top law enforcement is a precursor to more damaging moves.

The pre-requisite conditions regarding the Iraq withdrawal and the Guantanamo Bay terrorist detention facility closure will continue their course. meanwhile, the next move from President Obama is likely an attempt to dissolve the agreements made between President Bush and other states preventing them from turning over American military forces to the ICC (via INTERPOL) for war crimes or any other prosecutions.

When the paths on the road map converge - Iraq withdrawal, Guantánamo closure, perceived American image improved internationally, and an empowered INTERPOL in the United States - it is probable that President Barack Obama will once again make America a signatory to the International Criminal Court. It will be a move that surrenders American sovereignty to an international body whose INTERPOL enforcement arm has already been elevated above the Constitution and American domestic law enforcement.

For an added and disturbing wrinkle, INTERPOL's central operations office in the United States is within our own Justice Department offices. They are American law enforcement officers working under the aegis of INTERPOL within our own Justice Department. That they now operate with full diplomatic immunity and with "inviolable archives" from within our own buildings should send red flags soaring into the clouds.

This is the disturbing context for President Obama's quiet release of an amended Executive Order 12425. American sovereignty hangs in the balance if these actions are not prevented through public outcry and political pressure. Some Americans are paying attention, as can be seen from some of the earliest recognitions of this troubling development here, here and here. But the discussion must extend well beyond the Internet and social media.

Ultimately, a detailed verbal explanation is due the American public from the President of the United States detailing why an international law enforcement arm assisting a court we are not a signatory to has been elevated above our Constitution upon our soil.

that's right cerise. interpol mattress police are coming to nebraska to violate your constitutional nonsense. it's all this big internationalist plot to oppress us, led by a muslim foreigner.

UN mandates may us INTERPOL to, at the discretion of the UN - not the US - enforce international law, on American soil, without permission, nor under Constitutional limitation & against FBI, state, local police limitations & authority, sans repercussion of any kind & you dont find that a problem?

I'll have you know the label is on my mattress. I have nothing to worry about.

However, why place INTERPOL out of reach?

of course not. i will welcome the blue helmets with espresso and biscotti. just like all the other cultural elite. duh.

I seeeee......that means there is no good reason under the clear blue sky for doing it?

Unless you want to use INTERPOL to enforce international laws on American citizens

you have yet to speculate on the reason for this other than the usual fraidy-cat bullshit.

lemme know when you can muster something of substance.... until then, enjoy your book burning masquerade.

Speculate? Easy peezy Japaneezzee....

He's an internationalist who has more faith in the UN than the US.

so, you have full faith in the 'The Trilateral Commission' then?

obama signed an executive order granting INTERPOL immunity from U.S. law, to be able to operate with no accountability and no transparency.

INTERPOL is a law enforcement operation. Why did obama find it necessary to give such an exemption to an international law enforcement operation, and what does he want INTERPOL to do here in the U.S. than it cannot do unless it is given this exemption?

The first possibility:

obama wants Bush and Cheney brought up on war crimes charges and handed over to an international court for sentencing.

The second possibility:

obama plans to raise a domestic army, associated with INTERPOL, which will not be subject to the U.S. Constitution and will serve him directly in the event of domestic unrest.

Still waiting to hear the speculation from the non-fraidy-cat gallery.

No answer? That's because there's no good reason for it. Only the nefarious ones.

Cerise, it's actually one of the rather minor steps......
in the setup of the NWO.

Constitution?
It'd already of no consequence, unless it's spun to serve Their purposes.

So, minkey, let me get this straight. You have no problem with our President giving INTERPOL more freedom to operate in America, on Americans than American police?

where were you when they were passing the patriot act?

oh, yeah that one's okay cuz it's got a friendly name and it was pushed through by the good guys.

what reason would anyone have for wanting a police authority that does not have to abide by US law and conventions... hmmm... nobody seems to have figured that one out yet, or noticed that it is functionally the same as some far more bumbling cowboy-looking moves by a previous administration.

here's a hint gonzie - they ain't coming to indiana to bust you for mistreating your la-z-boy and eating too many chee-tos.

Naw, they'll Grapple-up Gonz for; educating his own children with his values and refusing to submit his children to the next set of required inoculations. Attempting to stand on his COTUS rights. For speaking out against the state while owning fire-arms.

Clearly Gonz is a trouble-maker and should be dealt with in the middle of the night.
