What domain is your email at?

If it's hotmail, it's hit or miss most of the time. Some people on hotmail get mails from us fine, others don't. It may depend on your junk mail filtering settings. Dovì™ have a junk mail folder? Check there.

its working now. my ISP had been down for maintainence and so nothing was getting through.

email overdrive when I opened outlook this AM
