Nope, it's about time travel. There's a cat in it who has to look out every door to the outside in wintertime in hopes that one will lead to summer.

what's really cool is being awakened at 4am by that glug glug glug *cat's gonna puke* sound, locating and trying to get the cat off the bed before it does, thinking you've succeeded, noticing that your left foot has found someting damp, and so on...

Mine likes to puke in the dirty laundry which makes gathering it up to wash loads of fun...pun intended
