If you actually started with a triangle, instead of the distorted psuedo-triangle shown, that wouldn't be possible.

fury is correct, look at the diagonal.

The diagonal lines in both of them aren't perfectly straight. The first one is slightly concave (angle into colored pieces "<"), the second one is slightly convex (angle out of colored pieces ">").

That's my ruling.
