I don't know the name of them, but some CD holder tabs are better than others. I want to buy cases, but without the cheap holder clips. They always seem to break or never let go. Suggestions?
meant the actual clips on the inside of the cases...these are for customers (CD Portfolios) and need to be easy to remove and reuseable. Can colour them in too;.
You mean the little tabs in the center of the case that grip the center hole of the CD? Those things can be a real pain when they break off... especially when three or four of them at a time break off (out of 12). Even more maddening is when you open up the case for the first time, straight from the store, only to find that some of the tabs were broken before you even bought it.
i found the tabs that kept such a good hold on the disk that i snapped the thing in two while trying to remove it more annoying than the disintegrating tab problem.
That's basically what I'm trying to avoid. What's the use in making a CD_Portfolio, if either they have to fight to get the CD out, break the case/CD doing so, or get the CD floating loose in the case, getting all scratched up and useless.
