The market has stopped growth in the immediate area ATM.
I may have to look at moving again sometime, but not right now.
I'd still like to find a good piece of property more back up in the bigger hills.
 
First, you ban parking on the street.

Then, you ban parking anywhere else you don't approve.

Then, you cite everyone and collect money.

ALWAYS follow the money.

Instead, the city can immediately collect $40 from "around the clock" ticketing efforts.

The ordinance also makes a third violation a misdemeanor crime.

And then they throw you in jail, lien your property and sell it at auction to pay for your jail stay.
