At this point, what she was in for is not the issue. It's also not a woman's issue, although Leslie will most likely disagree...This was a power issue. He was wrong for hanging that child. Whether she was a serial killer, or a rape victim, or just being fined for jaywalking, this 'man' (note that it's in quotes) has a serious problem with his ego. Unfortunately for those he rules, he's in charge by way of fear. Piss him off, and you're dead. The easiest way to hold sway over a population. As to whether he should be hung, I say no. Better for him to be tied to a chair, and given to the local population to deal with as they see fit...but it'd better be soon, or the sense of outrage will again turn to numbing fear, and nothing will be done...
