HOLLYWOOD, Fla. - Anna Nicole Smith died Thursday after collapsing at a hotel and being being rushed to the hospital, one of her lawyers said.

She had been unresponsive and was rushed to the hospital Thursday while staying at the Seminole Hard Rock Cafe Hotel and Casino, hotel officials said.

"She checked in Monday at 8 p.m. as a guest. She was due to check out tomorrow," said Danielle Giordaano, a spokeswoman for Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.

one of the lawyers offed her....whichever one it was that was claiming paternity of her daughter.
as far as her son goes, i'd really like to know the antidepressants he was on. half our clientel are on methadone and anti-depressants. i havent heard of any of them dying from that combo.

thats the first thing i thought of when i heard about it. one of my co-workers came up with the lawyer theory.

For a hundred million dollars, I'd be willing to do an awful lot too.
 
Had a reality show on the E network that just had the cameras follow her around all day. My ex-wife used to watch it all the time.

I watched a couple times. Actually made you feel sorry for her and her son. The son was a good guy with many issues and Anna was brain damaged since childhood.
 
Pop culture is reality for most people.

You don't suppose it's all a publicity stunt, do you?
 
What I feel for is her little girl. A few months old, her mother's dead, her brother died a few months ago and there's no strong proof of paternity from the guy who's claiming.

So..where does she go? WHo's her family?

A real shame.
 
I heard the claimant has filed for emergency custody. Things that make you say hmm...

The kid would have been raised by a nanny anyway. She had minimal chance of growing up neurosis-free from the get go.
 
And this idiocy goes on in the news. Even James Brown's lack of a burial has slipped from the public radar (nope.....he ain't in the ground yet)...
