It would seem that it would be a simple matter of switching the feed to another source, but I know absolutely nothing about how master control works. :shrug:
 
I stole one from there for an avatar of mine long ago from an Australian comedy troupe called "Stop Laughing, This is Serious!" Most are typical pictures of people laughing and stuff. Also found a link to those computer geek t-shirts (one said "Stop Laughing, Computers are Cool Now") which are funny here.
