Guiness

Anyone ever cook with it? I have a recipe for beef in Guiness that I am wanting to try. That and Guiness cake.
 
Yes'm. Sausages (particularly those fat EYE-talian ones) spend some time soaking in it before they hit the grill.
 
I'll have to make the cake.
I made a whisky cake the other day and it was verrah nice! The smell of the simmering Jameson was almost enough to chase folk outta the kitchen but the taste was great!
