The chief U.N. weapons inspector says if Iraq delays an inspection for even 30 minutes, it would be in serious violation of its obligations to the U.N. Security Council.

The facility should be quietly shadowed by bombers overhead. If there is more than a one minute delay the bombers should be sent in to turn said facility into a crater.
