Happy St. Patrick's Day!

The dress code at RadioShack is rather limited, and green is not included. So, I needed to find a button last night to wear to work today so I'd have some green on me. All Walgreen's had was one with a pair of flashing green lights (luckily I can turn them off). The button says, "KISS ME I'M IRISH" on it. Well, I'm not Irish, so I had to modify it.

From what I've experienced, the farther west you go the less this holiday matters. That is a lot of my reaction in the earlier post. It has little meaning outside of green beer & pinching.

Not much goes on here on St Patrick's day and I'm farther east than the entire United States, alas I'm Canadian though. Don't be seeing many of the Irish around here.

Its just a guiness promotional day here. Does America have a patron saint. Ours is St George.

St Ronald of Macdonald patron saint of Obesity? You can't be a country without a Patron saint. Even if St George was Turkish and claimed to kill dragons.
