Apparently it doesn't work for images (smilies?). Also, sometimes if you don't use quotes around the tooltip text, it will cut off. Example: [tooltip=[bleh]]bleh[/tooltip] as opposed to [tooltip="[bleh]"]bleh[/tooltip]
