where do people go when they don't have power, can't get to work, or don't have school? they go to the waffle house on johnson's ferry rd, that's where! i had a record tip day...in a no so lucrative section. my feet and back hurt. oi.

Yikes, I can't believe how bad it's been for all of you down there. I kinda feel bad that while the hurricanes have been striking our weather's been bone dry, you got all our rain, and then some. :ekk:
 
Well, ATM, it looks like Jeanne, Karl, and Lisa may cut north through the Atlantic and leave us the fuck alone. I could deal with that.

It was pretty bad down at the beach, and very bad just west of here. There is a lot of debris in Vernon but no major damage. We were lucky not to be hit by the dozens of tornadoes spawned by the hurricane - there was spotty severe damage all around us.

Only 70 more days until the end of hurricane season! :D
