Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi and German Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder are the only G-8 leaders who have confirmed plans to attend. British Prime Minister Tony Blair is expected as well, along with former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and Prince Charles.

Others on the list for the ceremony include former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev, Irish President Mary McAleese, Afghan President Hamid Karzai, South African President Thabo Mbeki, Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo, Romanian President Ion Iliescu, Acting Lithuanian President Arturas Paulauskas, former Polish President Lech Walesa, former Finnish President Mauno Koivisto, Vatican Secretary of State Cardinal Angelo Sodano, Australian Governor General Maj. I agree with that 100%, Inky. I can see, however, that you haven't been to too many funerals. There are always a group of jerk-offs running down the "dearly departed." Nothing unusual here, just a bit more public.Inkara1 said:Well then, I guess we have two reasons to flip him the bird.
It's amazing seeing people ripping Reagan at this point. I can understand not praising him, but usually when someone like that dies it's standard protocol (and the respectful thing) to either say something nice or don't say anything at all for a little while after he's dead.

Reason #4584705838080 that Bush and the Administration sucks, and had no freaking business in Iraq in the first place.
For those of you who don't get the post, the artical is one where bush and company are begging the U.N. and Chirac for help in Iraq, after we "went it alone".
