Since the shoutbox loads within the main page, I guess that's the reason. So I assume shoutbox = main page.

Not only does it load within the main page... it auto-updates every few seconds or so. I've seen other people's shouts suddenly pop up there out of nowhere when I didn't even push any buttons.
