It's all a matter of motivation. If you don't already have one, have a child, then have the toddler mimic your movements while you're smoking. I quit the next week.

Yep, it's true. Higher BPM is for fitness, whilst the lower BPM is for weightloss. For me, I think it's around 120 BPM for weightloss....?
