Oh look, WINTER IN COLORADO.

I'm still awestruck by the media thinking, or acting like, this is something new. If that was happening in, GA or MS, THEN it would be a story.
 
Looks like every winter when I was growing up except the house was two stories and the barn was bigger.
 
I hear that horses are smart enough to dig thru the snow for food & to eat snow for hydration but cattle will starve/de-hydrate in belly deep snow. I hope they have the sense to fall into a butcher shop.
 
Well, while Colorado was getting pummeled, we had a snowless Christmas right here in Fargo. Would post a pic, but left them at my mom's place. Paper said it was the first snowless Christmas here since 1957.

Four days later we were in for it though. First it snowed a little. Then the next day it rained all day, which turned into snow that night. Yay! Deadly black ice just in time for New Year's. I drive a cab, btw, and I worked that night. :p
