That wasn't me btw, I don't eat red meat for most part. Occasionally in small quantities, but I can't stomach the thought of eating a steak.

If it's done mooing, it's done enough. I usually order Med Rare though because most cooks tend to barely sear it when it's ordered rare.

Most people i know like it bloody. I like mine burnt to a crisp. I love that black charcolish flavor. but really, i don't like steak all that much. Always thought it was boring.
