Print-screen, paste in graphics program, save as JPEG file?
If you don't have the second, paste it in MS Paint, save it as BMP (or directly to JPG if it supports it, Win2K/XP I think), and search for IrfanView, it's free and if I remember correctly it can convert the BMP to JPG...
