ST. CATHARINES, Ontario, Aug. 2 — A Canadian man accused of organizing a plot to blow up U.S. and Israeli embassies in Singapore is being held in a secret location in the United States, where he is cooperating and revealing information about terrorists’ plans, U.S. officials said.
