Someone mentioned buying moose steaks online. You won't be able to do that. It is illegal to sell moose meat. You can buy a license to shoot and kill one moose a year within the season but you are NOT allowed to sell it.

I most likely have some here but there is no way it could get through customs.
 
I picked canada because there are a ton of canadians here, and it wouldn't require much work.
And since it is probably the same thing as american food, it will be easy to cook.
Or i could just make tacos for mexican food...

just make poutines,

fries, put some cheese curds on top, then soak it in gravy, voila!
