And why would that be mink? I did apologize, I actually felt genuinely bad about any past transgressions. Would I have a right to complain if I just shit all over everyone remorselessly with complete disregard for the AUP like those two do?
 
BTW Gonz I have no intention or desire to lower myself to the level of those two, or spike for that matter. I just see the quality of the discourse on this board at a new low and I will call it as I see it, nothing more nothing less.

Guess what "to whom it may concern"?!? (Does anyone else care about the degeneration of the forum?)....I ain't letting this shit go! The violations of the AUP are staggering in magnitude and volume, and yet inaction (at least so far as anyone can see) is still the tack?

I won't go into the ones against spike and others, because they can speak for themselves and if they won't, it's not my concern.

But as for me, in this post, a picture of mine was photo-shopped in a negative slanderous way without my permission. While it may be a reach, the legalities are at best a very grey area, and this is slanderous and I could potentially take legal action (and in this bizzare time in America, who knows what riches I could win?).

I WOULD NEVER bother to take legal action for something so goddamn silly, but it could be done, and what if he did this to someone with more money and time to spend on frivolous legal action, and just crazy enough to do it? Something to think about, and I would for my part like it taken down. If he wants to fuck with someone else like that and you want to let it slide, and they don't care either, so be it, but I don't choose to let it slide, even though I actually think it's kind of funny. I am only even bringing it up, because I don't like what this place is becoming and while there may be some action that has been taken I have seen no actual sign of it.

As bizarre as it may sound to you, in my crazy wild life I have on NUMEROUS occasions seen people get investigated by law enforcement (including the secret service once, I shit you not!) for things no less silly! I want it removed too, and I have every right to ask it. I thought it was funny too personally, but that isn't the point and you goddamn well know it!

[In my honest opinion]If ANYONE not so conservative in ideology acted this way, they would have been long gone and we all know it! If anyone treated Gonz like this, well it would never have gotten any where near this point, and they would have been banished to eternal darkness, LONG before it got to this point![/In my honest opinion] I have to add though that it would be especially important to fling someone off into oblivion for abusing Gonz that way. He is listed as a mod or admin, and disrespect at that level should never be allowed to continue, but I think the same standards should also be applied to the general membership in extreme cases such as this.
