Wait... liberals aren't socialists? :retard4:

in many cases they may well be, but not all socialists are fruity red-flag waving nuts either. some of them sit on the left of centre, not running hell bent for some unionised, centralised goverment love-in.

it gets wearisome when any disagreement with a conservative view immediately places them at the extreme end of the spectrum, as if belittling the political arm on which they are stood is a counter argument for any possible sensible points made.

in effect it is a dehumanising tactic to discredit the opposing view and all it does is stifle sensible debate.

As a general rule, no. Unfortuantely, we've moved so far left that now, the answer may well have to be yes.

They keep telling themselves that... to ease their mind... :D

Just like conservatives are fascists or Log Cabin republicans, but like to tell themselves that they simply lack "innermost-character, feelings, or inclinations" to ease their mind.

Yo flavio, read up... Fascists aren't right wingers, they are socialists too. Right-wing simply means little government. Left-wing (socialists, communists, fascists) means a big government. And the Nazi party was a damn big government by nationalizing everything.

Oh, you mean kinda like how liberals aren't socialists but you keep calling them that?

...and no that's not the definition of right and left wing.
