Is it my imagination or.....?

Personally I wan'r much bohered by 2minkey's joke and I think I had a nice comeback as well. The only thing that bothered me is the troll's bait and switch tactics. Everytime it would post something particularly nasty it would wait just long enough to be sure I had read the slur and then delete the post and cover it's tracks. Then on top of that it would PM me, as if I was gonna take the bait and communicate back to it. I appreciate the end of it and I have NO problem whatever ignoring that particular poster if it will simply mind its own business. I don't personally put anyone on an ignore list though as to me that seems a bit pathetic. I don't really take this place all that seriously in the first place for the most part.

But about this lawsuit thing, I'd personally really like to see these victim fishing ads done away with. If you've been wronged and feel a need to sue on your own fine, but do we really need lawyers around to point out how we may have been wronged because we aren't smart enough to see it for ourselves?

*digs through drawer*

Lets see... handcuffs, electrical tape, nipple cream, clamps, restraints, lube, batteries, riding crop, zipper hood, ball gag, latex... hmm... no... no paddle that I can see.

Isn't there a hell of a lot of commercials on cable TV lately by lawyers wanting to sue such and such for you? It seems like every commercial break (we have DirecTV) there is some sort of lawyer commercial fishing for "victims". They keep asking has such and such happened to you? You might be entitled to a large cash payout! I don't know about anyone else but this is very distrubing to me. Has the whole nation gone lawsuit mad?

I think this guy started the trend:
